WINTER SOLSTICE

Celebrating the shortest day of the year. We pay tribute to the sun as it begins its cycle back to light. No dance experience necessary as all the dances will be carefully taught on the day. To add to our mid-Winter experience, please dress in white or light coloured clothing and be enchanted by the beautiful music and dances. Visitors very welcome - register first through Contact form.

BUTTERFLY DANCING
Women & Men - Sophia Centre 

Sophia and International Circle Dance Teacher, Lyn Porter shares a collection of Circle Dances inspired by the children’s book The Butterfly Dance” by Ardella Nathanael. Each dance is carefully taught and the basic folk style steps are easy to learn. This workshop is for people 15 years and older whether they are new to Circle Dancing or experienced Circle Dancers.
